New Horizons shines with outstanding partner satisfaction – awarded with the F & C AWARD GOLD, 2017

Münster, February 20, 2017. Great honor for the Franchisesystem New Horizons Computer Learning Centers in Germany GmbH. The IT training provider has been awarded the prestigious F & C AWARD GOLD for outstanding results in the analysis of partner satisfaction. This award is awarded by the analysis company igenda according to the strict scientific guidelines of the F & C, the international center for franchising and cooperation in Münster.

The requirements of the Münster Research Institute are high: they can only be awarded to those franchises that achieve excellent results in F & C partner satisfaction analysis. As early as 2013, New Horizons received the award for high partner satisfaction. In addition, the company has once again qualified for the membership in the igenda premium systems thanks to its great performance.

An Important Signal to all Interested Parties and Partners

“A high partner satisfaction speaks for a special quality of the franchise model and is an important signal to prospective customers, existing partners and service providers,” explained igenda’s Managing Director Dr. Martin Ahlert who received the award for New Horizons. “Quality creates trust – and as a result the particularly good systems can communicate even better, we award the igenda premium seal and the F & C AWARDS for partner satisfaction,” Ahlert continued.

Great Detail Results

The detailed results of New Horizons in the analysis of partner satisfaction is evident by the fact that the partners gave New Horizons the best mark of “very good” with regard to their global satisfaction. The franchise partners said that they particularly value the relationship with the franchisor and other franchise partners. The partners are also satisfied with their own economic success.

“A high quality of relationship is the central prerequisite for the long-term economic success of an enterprise network. Systems with a high partner satisfaction are more successful economically,” Dr. Martin Ahlert said on the success formula for corporate networks. A further proof of a well-functioning system is that the services of the franchisees of New Horizons and the support of the franchise center were also well evaluated by the partners.

Igenda regularly interviews partners from around 250 franchise systems and groups in German-speaking countries. The F & C AWARD, which is awarded according to scientific criteria by the F & C Münster attests to the excellent corporate networks of an exceptionally good quality relationship between the center and the partner.
